Whatcha Eating... Wednesday Edition!
20 ounce protein drink
SOLID MEAL 1 - refried beans w/ hot sauce
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 2 - soft taco w/ no tortilla (Taco Bell)
20 ounce protein smoothie
SNACK - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 3 - chili w/ beans
(We bought a new truck today and I spent half the day at the dealership which almost ruined my fluids and food for the day!)
Well, I know I ate Wednesday, as I didnt fall over from starvation, ha ha ha!!! But for the life of me I cannot tell you now, all this head crap that is going on kinda messes w/my memory, and I do hate that. I wish more folks would pick up and answer on this thread, I know we are all eating!!!
