gym natzi

had my arse on the treadmill at 4:17 am this morning. He called me and woke me up. Last night he was gentle on me and let me have a nice little ride on the stationary bike for 35 mins and then sent me home. today my PINK boxing gloves will be in and I have to take them to the gym tonight....... he is killing me................................working out at home and at the gym 7 days a week. I better have buns of steel in no time..........we are talking more about the body building too........... ya'll need to watch your calories............I dont take in 1000 and my weight is not moving at all....so as a reminder...keep track and stay within the range your dr says............I have upped mine and yesterday I got over 1100.......... have a good day................. your new boxing friend with the perky titties (thnx to implants)...and a gym natzi for a trainer tabbykat

Called you and woke you up??? Oh my, you are a better woman than I am, especially at 4 in the morning!!!!!  Im so very proud of you and hope that one day we can meet.  You inspire me so much, b/c you are so far out and are still working hard to keep up.  I know you get frustrated, but you are still an inspiration that at 7 years out, you have still maintained most of your weight loss.  Keep up the good work, and give him a good punch from me w/those sexy pink boxing gloves!!! Girl I will be on him like flies on crap tonight.............he might kill me but at least I am not backing down......I am so excited for once in my life.......I will update everyday.........I have something to look forward to..............my depression is better, my thyroid is working....and I am gonna kick some butt.

I agree, you are a better woman than me too. But I think it is so great what you are doing. You are my new hero....lol. I admire anyone that has that kind of drive. But you just keep that gym natzi in line. Beat him up with those great pink gloves. I like pink. Good luck.
