What cha Eating?......Tuesday Edition
I am DE-stressing this week. So I didn't cook at all today. I ate out half the day. The other half I made a fruit/seed/peanut butter day!
10 ounces protein drink
SOLID MEAL 1 - pintos & cheese
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 2 - chicken soft taco - tortilla & cheese
8 ounces water
10 ounces protein drink
SNACK - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter
2 cups skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SOLID MEAL 3 - apple slices & 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
I'll probably have a couple of sugar free popsicles later to get in a little more fluid before the end of the day.
Im all about de-stressing!!! But yesterday was pretty good.
Wake up-Coffee (of course)
Breakfast-Homemade ham, egg, and cheese croissant Croissant was tiny, and cheese was low fat provolone!!! Good stuff
Snack-2 SF cherry limeade popscicles
Lunch-Apple
Snack-3 SF popscicles
Dinner-Grilled Tilapia Fillet, Steamed Squash and Onions and 1/2 dinner roll
Several glasses of Crystal Lite Lemonade and U/S Tea.
Got in my protein and my liquids, so Im happy.

breakfast english muffin by jimmy dean...made with turkey sausage, egg white, cheese and whole grain muffin 260 cals (breakfast)
4 oz cottage cheese 90 cals (lunch)
1 oz beef jerkey 70 cals (snack)
1 oz cashews 170 cals (snack)
lean cuisine panini...ate about half 340 cals for the whole thing (dinner)...
thats 1160 cals
108 oz water
121 gr protein
i think thats it.....I keep a food journal as accurately as possible
