Health update on me
Well, I got a call from the doctor today, MRI was normal, and the carotid doppler ultra sound was normal. That should make me happy right?? Well, it just confuses the crap outta me. Everyone seemed to think that was what it was gonna be, and its not. Still have the pounding headache and Im still dizzy alot, still weak on the right side, but Mike and I have decided, Im not crazy, its all in my head!!!
Still have 2 more test results to get, and we will go from there. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts, prayers and good wishes.
Rhonda D.

This sounds crazy, but have you had your vitamin levels checked lately? I had lap band two years ago and beginning about 1 year ago, my bones hurt so badly that I thought I had bone cancer. I also began falling all of the time. I was dizzy, couldn't walk straight, and was covered with bruises. For two years, I've have multiple MRI's and been under the care of a neurologist for tingling of extremeties, falling constantly, etc. I found out one month ago during a routine blood test that my vitamin B12 was extremely low and am giving myself shots weekly, then monthly and then for the rest of my life (most likely). Also, the low vitamin D made my bones hurt so much that I would literally cry when turning over in bed at night.
The three main signs of vitamin B12 deficiency are: a) tingling/numbness in the arms/hands and feet b) loss of balance, falling and c) memory lapses/ difficulty with concentration.
No one ever told me how hard it would be to maintain the nutritional status for my body. I am still covered with bruises..... everywhere. I take a liquid vitamin (Vemma ..4 0z per day), two chewable Caltrate 600D, and now a B12 shot weekly.
After one year of intense therapy, I finally have my vitamin D up to 33 and it should be between 30 - 70. At its lowest, mine was 13.
I hope you find out what is wrong and hopefully, you've had all of the blood work done and yours is fine. This is just my story and it is still not over. Good luck!
