Profiles that document the journey?

I'm considering the lapband, but have some unanswered questions.  I would like to read about the personal journey of getting the lapband...descriptions of the pre-op tests, pre-op diet, checking into the hospital, what happens before surgery, after surgery at the hospital, release from the hospital, and what happened the two weeks following surgery (how  did you feel, what did you eat, etc?), going back to work.  Can someone point me to some profiles that provide this information?  I have some initital literature from a surgeon, but would like some real-life information. http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/ Once you go to this site, a menu will drop down, here you can request, specify what you are looking for.  Example: choose women, type of surgery drop down with list of all surgery tpyes, BMI people that are in your range, etc.  also, show people that have photo only option. This will give you profiles of people with the request criteria.  Hope this helps.
