Yuk yuk and double yuk
I'm doing the shakes right now too. They are not Myocel they are something else. BUT, on my instructions sheet, it says I can add a few pieces of fruit, which I add the frozen unsweetened fruit and added about a teaspoon of splenda. Also you can add a little bit of sugar free, fat free jello pudding. I add about a teaspoon and a half. Don't add too much or they will come out too thick. Also you can add sugar free Jello. Like cherry, strawberry, orange or whatever flavor you like. You kinda have to experiment to see what you like. The jello pudding cheesecake, fat free-sugar free, added to the vanilla is really good. Good luck. I'm only on day two. Oh and by the way, we are neighbors, I live in Hot Springs.
