Whatcha Eating? .....Monday Edition
I skipped my latte again, I really need my claories!
3 cups of black coffee, 2 glasses of U/S Tea, and 2 Fuzzy Navels (Thank you Susan for telling me about them)
Chili & Cheese
Slice of Ham & slice of jalapeno cheese
1/2 HB Patty griled w/ cheese and couple bites of salad w. FF ranch
I am working on my last glass of U/S tea before bed and 1/2 protein bullet
What did you eat today?
So far...
10 ounces protein drink
SOLID MEAL 1 - pintos & cheese
2 SF banana popsicles
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 2 - grilled chicken & lettuce
10 ounces protein drink
2 cups skim milk + 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SOLID MEAL 3 - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup skim milk + 1 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
Yesterday was a busy day off. Spent most of it shopping, clothes for me, decorator things for the house. So, I was out and about and didn't do as well as I should have.
Wake up: whole milk latte
bkfst: carb balance tortilla/ turkey sausage/cheese
Snack: muscle milk
Lunch: taco, 1/3 serving of pintos (the dorks at TB didn't give me a spork....try eating pintos with what's left of a cruchy taco as a spoon)
Snack: almonds and applesauce
Dinner: corned beef, cabbage and 1/4 potato
Snack: wheat thins

Hey gang, my day was off too. Here it is.
Wake up-2 cups coffee
Breakfast-1/2 cup oatmeal w/soy milk and SF syrup
Snack-None, getting ready to go to funeral
Lunch(late, ate at 3)--1/2 ham and cheese on whole grain bread
Snack-handful of dehydrated apple slices
Dinner-2 bites of real fried pork chop and 1/4 cup english peas I DO NOT miss fried foods, was really nasty, first fried pork chop Ive had since surgery, and prolly my lastas I had to lay down, it made me dump, guess the grease!!!
Liquids for the day go as follows--2 glasses of water, yes, plain ole water, 40 oz of crystal lite, 10 oz soy milk w/a scoop of protein powder and my usual jug of crystal lite all thru the night ( I fix up a hospital mug full to drink on all night)
Not a bad day, but not my best, but Tuesday is a new day!!!

LUNCH: I don't remember, I may not have eaten lunch.
DINNER: Porkchop, chicken & garlic flavored rice, blackeyed peas
