What 'cha eating....Sunday edition
Ok, gang, I'm stepping in for Karen to see what everyone is eating. I know there are more than three of us eating everyday! Come on....let's hear it!!!
Do I have to put on my cheerleader outfit and break out the pom-poms??? It won't be a pretty site, I can assure you!!!!
Here's my day
Wake up: whole milk latte
Bkfst: toasted whole grain English muffin w/ shredded 2% cheese
Snack: Whole milk latte
Snack: muscle milk
Lunch: 1/2 cobb salad w/ dressing
Snack; 1/2 apple w/ peanut butter
Dinner home made curried lentil soup
Snack: ????
Snack ????
There you have it.....Now............WHAT ARE YOU EATING????

Hey Susan,
My eating today is just so-so.
2 cups of coffee
couple bites of meatloaf, brown beans, cabbage casserole
water, tea, couple glasses of fuzzy navel
few bites of s/f chocolate pudding w/ sf cool whip
few bites broccoli salad, beans, cornbread & meatloaf
before turning in I will probably have couple more glasses of u/s tea. Not to good today. I am still trying to eat more but my pouchie just will not allow me to eat much.
