OK.....Ok....I know I said I was going out of town today....AND I still am but I just couldn't leave without posting this thread for today. Its so hard to stay away from this website!! I love it!! Breakfast- bacon and egg Lunch- on the road so probably almonds or peanuts and maybe a granola bar Dinner- planning on eating at Olive Garden so I will probably have lasagna. YUMMY!!! What are you having today?   Karen

LOL  KAREN!!   YOU LOVE US & YOU KNOW IT!!!  Breakfast:  1 scrambled egg with low fat cheese Snack:  1/2 cup 1% chocolate milk Lunch:    homemade potato soup w/ a pinch of gluten free cornbread Snack:  light yogurt Supper:  leftover homemade taco soup with beef in it

10 ounces protein drink SOLID MEAL 1 - pintos & cheese 16.9 ounces water 2 SF popsicles SOLID MEAL 2 - chicken & lettuce mixed w/ hot sauce PLUS 5 protein chews 10 ounces water SOLD MEAL 3 - pintos & cheese (yes I was out all day long ok?) 10 ounces protein drink 2 cups skim milk + 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SNACK - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter

My Friday went so - so: S/F Latte, 2 cups black coffee few bites of bacon egg & Cheese  croissiant few bites Chili & cheese Fuzzy Navel protein drink, 2 glasses unsweet tea,  unsweet fruit drink few bacon rinds 1/2 slice american cheese almost 1/2 bacon, turkey & swiss sandwich on wheat another glass unsweet tea Rhonda T

Oh Karen, you're so dedicated....and we love you for it! Here's my day. I was busy at work but really did pretty well. Wake up:   whole milk latte Bkfst:   grilled cheese sand on LF bread  w/ LF cheese Snack:   Muscle Milk Lunch:      Salad w/ chicken, pecans, blue cheese, craisins and low fat raspberry vinegrette Snack:  2 Milano cookies.....not as good as I remembered Snack:    a little more of the salad from lunch Dinner:    Mexican Shrimp ****tail w/ wheat thins Snack:      decaf whole milk latte I'm up to 119 lbs today, so hopefully I'll be able to back off the muscle milk soon.
