Whatcha Eating.....Thursday Edition?
Hi everyone! Another beautiful day but the rain is slowly creeping in! Take care and let us know what you are eating today??
Breakfast- slice of whole wheat toast with cream cheese
Lunch- chicken salad and whole wheat crackers
Dinner- baked porkchops and northern beans and maybe a bite or two of cornbread

SOLID MEAL 1 - refried beans w/ hot sauce
2 sugar free popsicles
13.7 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 2 - chicken & lettuce w/ hot sauce
1 cup skim milk
8 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 3 - pintos & cheese
10 ounces protein drink
SNACK - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
