Whatcha Eating....Wednesday Edition?
Hi everyone! Hope all are able to enjoy this beautiful Spring-like day! Heard the rain was supposed to be making a comeback so enjoy it while you can!!
Breakfast- homemade vegetable soup
Lunch- grilled chicken and lima beans
Snack- small slice of vanilla cake.....( I know, I know.....BAD but we are having a small early Easter Party at school for all of the afterschool kids because of Spring Break falling during the regular holiday time...it will be ok though!! Surely I won't gain 5 pounds from just a few bites!! )
Dinner- rotisserie chicken and a salad

What a beautiful day and I am inside doing taxes! Blaaaa I do have my windows open and enjoying the sunlight .Today looks like this:
2 cups black coffee, vinti cinn dolce latte w/ whip
few bites of bacon, egg & cheese croissant
glass of sf fruit juice, glass of unsweet tea, then another
few bites of fish and salad (7 or 8 bites)
The rest of the day looks like couple glasses of u/s teas & maybe some soup for dinner.

Hi all,
No, Karen, you're not going to gain 5 lbs from a little piece of cake. This is all about learning moderation!! How big of a slice of cake would you have eaten before your surgery??? I think you're doing fine.
Wake up: whole milk latte
Bkfst: crazy.....leftover low sodium rice a roni. Shouldn't have had it, it didn't sit well.
Snack: muscle milk
Lunch: 3/4 SBD pepperoni pizza...
Snack: whole milk latte
Sanck: applesauce
Dinner: chicken cacciatore w/ dreamfilds pasta (Will post this chicken recipe, it's really, really good...very tender!)
That's it for now. Must get some more water in before bedtime.

SOLID MEAL 1 - refried beans & hot sauce

NSA fudge bar (very gross - I am officially DONE looking for a good fudge bar.)
2 sugar free popsicles
10 ounces protein drink
SOLID MEAL 3 - apple slices dipped in peanut butter
2 cups skim milk + 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
Terrible day for me, eating wise that is. Wednesdays are always hectic for me and today was no different...
B: 1 packet of weight control oatmeal
L: 4 oz. pineapple barbecue chicken
D: protein bar...eaten in the car on the way to AWANA at church
S: mini bag of popcorn
That's it for today, I'll have a glass of milk before bed....way too low on calories, protein, and fluids. I'm just going to have to call today a bust and do better tomorrow!
