Whatcha Eating....Wednesday Edition??
Hi everyone! It was a little warmer today but not by much!! Who thinks we will get a little more winter weather before Spring??
Breakfast- 1/2 of a sausage and biscuit
Lunch- chicken breast and two bites of refried beans with cheese
Snack- cashews
Dinner- leftover grilled chicken and maybe a salad (if the lettuce decided to cooperate today!!)
Snack- maybe 1/2 of a banana

SOLID MEAL 1 - inside of soft taco (lettuce, cheese & meat only - no tortilla)
16.9 ounces water
10 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 2 - pintos & cheese
6.9 ounces water
4 sugar free popsicles
SOLID MEAL 3 - 1 medium egg white, 1/2 slice american cheese & 1 turkey sausage patty
later on tonight....
2 cups skim milk + 1 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
4 apple slices
