Whatcha Eating.....Tuesday Edition
Ok....so I had a good plan with posting this thread early so we will all get a chance to post. OOPS....so I forgot today!!! I'll try really hard to post it earlier tomorrow!! Breakfast- sausage and egg
Lunch- grilled chicken breast
Snack- peanuts
Dinner- refried beans and cheese hamurger meat with taco seasoning ( I tried to have a little lettuce to make a salad but it just didn't want to go down for some reason!) Snack- 1/2 banana Hope everyone enjoyed the SNOW today! Wasn't it beautiful?? Have a WARM and WONDERFUL Wednesday!! Karen
SOLID MEAL 1 - 2 tbsp sunflower seeds & 4 apple slices
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 2 - pintos & cheese
4 sugar free popsicles
2 cups skim milk + 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SNACK - yield from 1/2 cup 73% lean ground beef & 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
2 cups skim milk + 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SOLID MEAL 3 - 4 apple slices
later on tonight....
