Ok everyone.....it's another gorgeous day ( at least it is in my neck of the woods because the rain hasn't made it here yet!! ) I have decided to post this earlier in the day in the hopes that it will be easier for some of us to get our food intake recorded. I know that sometimes when we do it later at night it is hard to remember what you have eaten during the day or sometimes we are just too tired to jot down what we have had. Here's my day so far..... Breakfast- sausage and egg Lunch- Leftover spaghetti with extra cheese Snack- almonds Dinner- BBQ and coleslaw I may have a snack later tonight. If I do I will edit this post to add my new totals. That reminds me, if you post early and then your menu changes, you can just click on EDIT and you can change your post to reflect what you have actually eaten. Figured some people might not know this! **Ok, this is like the 4th time that I have posted this same discussion topic. For some reason things are crazy and it won't show and then I check back and it has posted several times. Just forgive the weirdness.....maybe its the weather!!   Karen

My day was hectic..started off in the ER with my Mother-in-law at 6am. Thank God it was only Vertigo. 2 cups black coffee 1/2 bacon & Egg buritto without most of the tortilla Venti SF Cinn Dolce Latte W/whip (Lite whip but still I add whip) 1/4 cup of Honey bunches of oats W/claorie countdownmilk Didn't stay down - won't try that again Chicken & spaghetti w/cheese  maybe 1/2 cup 8oz apple juice, 8oz water, 20oz SF fruit drink  probably 8oz  water before bed. I go for blood work in the morning and then have it faxed to Dr. Gibbs office for my 1 year check up next month. I learned from my 6 month check up to always bring a copy of your labs, just in case your PCP does not fax it or they get mis-placed.  Happy hugs to everyone,  Rhonda T
