Whatcha Eating.....Friday and Saturday Edition???
Hi everyone!! Looks like we forgot to post our meals for Friday. I decided to do this post as a combination for Friday and Saturday! Looking forward to hearing from everyone......
Friday:
Breakfast: scrambled egg and turkey bacon Lunch- tuna fish and whole wheat crackers Snack- almonds Dinner- baked pork chop and field peas Saturday: Breakfast- turkey sausage and 1/4 slice whole wheat toast Lunch- baked fish fillet and tarter sauce Dinner- BBQ and cole slaw...maybe some baked beans Snack- almonds...if I feel like I want some. Not sure yet! Well that's the past two days for me. Let me hear the delicious things that everyone else is enjoying!! Have a great rest of the weekend! Karen
