Okay I was looking at chicken for the kids for dinner tonight. I found theseTyson Chicken Breast Fillets They have 9 fats (Saturated fat 1.5 g, Polyunsaturated fat 4.5 g, Monosaturated fat 3 g)
1 sugar and 19 g protein for 1 serving size....these are breaded chicken breast.
My question is this....Is anyone eating these post op? Are these okay to eat post op? I am only 3 1/2 months out. So was curious as to what others thought.
Thank you for your opinions and your advice and your answers.

I am also a little over 3 months out. I myself am not eating any type of bread yet. So I Wouldn't eat them becasue they are breaded. I have been told after 3 months I could eat bread if I wanted but I have been losing so well up to now I don't want it to change. SO I still stay away from anything fried or breaded. I want to keep losing at a good rate so I am not changing much from my pre 3 month diet.

I stay away from anything breaded.  Bread and breaded foods fill me up faster, and I would rather fill up on protein.  Plus sometimes bread gets stuck.  If the fillets are thick enough, then you could try scraping or cutting off the bread.

I am cautious of any "breaded" meat.  Tyson also sells grilled chicken breasts that are NOT breaded.  I'd opt for those instead.  Let's compare the 2 choices.  (I got the following off of www.thedailyplate.com, but I also use www.calorieking.com and www.calorie-count.com occassionally as well.)  I chose the first one based on searching for one that matched your fat and protein number you provided, so I think I have the ones you're asking about listed first.  Then I have listed a better alternative.  (I chose a fully cooked one because anything breaded has usually already been cooked.)
