Whatcha Eating.....Thursday Edition??
Hi everyone!! Let's get this thing started for tonight....... Breakfast- NONE....awful I know but I had early morning duty and honestly forgot all about eating...I'll do better tomorrow.
Snack- Baked Apple Granola Bar
Lunch- tuna fish and whole wheat crackers
Snack- almonds and 5 cheese cubes Dinner- oven baked steak (swiss steak) and pinto beans OK....so overall, not too bad. Could have been better though! Hope everyone had a great day. Let us know.... Karen

My day went so..so.
Skinny SF Cinn Dolce Latte w/ whip, 2 cups coffee
1/4 slice of american cheese
1/4 hot dog - most the bread (I don't do bread well)
20oz unsweet tea X 3
20 Protein shake- Chocolate 20 gr.
White beans, cabbage and 2 bites of mac-ncheese
8oz water, 8 oz un-sweet tea
I forgot my protein bullett today and did NOT get all my vitimins. I have put them in a pill reminder and cary them in my purse. I sit them on my dest at work and on the bar at home to help me remember. I need to go back to putting them in a clear cup I guess? Hope everyone has a great Friday!
