Whatcha Eating....Wednesday Edition?
Here is how my day went today: Healthy weight oatmeal w/ Calorie countdown milk 6oz 2 cups coffee, 24 oz unsweet tea 6 bites white beans, 3 bites cabbage, a bite of cornbread 12oz unsweet tea, 8oz water, protein bullet 6 bites of salad w/ ff ranch 2 small pieces Catfish, 1 fried mushroom 16oz unsweet tea and ALL of my vitimins That's it for me today... Hi everyone! I had teacher workshops today so my day was a little off. Here it is anyway........
Breakfast- 1 slice salami and 5 cheese cubes- ( protein.....but not your typical breakfast fare.....they provided it at the workshop.....at least I stayed away fom the donuts this time!!!)
Lunch- meatloaf and macaroni and cheese
Dinner- baked porkchop and wild rice
Guess it wasn't so bad after all!!

One of my best friends had her baby today. I took off work and spent half the day at the hospital. So my day was definately off.
10 ounces protein drink
2 sugar free fudgsicles
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 1 - pintos & cheese

SOLID MEAL 2 - inside soft taco (meat, lettuce & cheese only)
4 sugar free popsicles
SNACK or SOLID MEAL 3 (whatever you wanna call it) - apple slices
10 ounces protein drink
maybe some more sugar free fudgsicles
