Hi everybody!! Here's my day....... Breakfast- scrambled egg and turkey bacon Lunch- pork egg roll and rice Snack- almonds Dinner- baked chicken and field peas

10 ounces of protein shake 1ST SOLID MEAL - pintos & cheese 20 ounces water 2 sugar free fudgsicles 2ND SOLID MEAL - inside of soft taco 4 sugar free fugsicles SNACK - apple slices 14 ounces water 2 sugar free fudgsicles 10 ounces of protein shake 2 sugar free fudgsicles

AM SHAKE: Coffee, water, protein powder and creamer (16oz) BREAKFAST: Farina Wheat Cereal with a little blueberry yogurt mixed in LUNCH: I forgot to eat lunch, I had my niece (who is 7 months old but already hitting the terrible twos) and she kept me busy all day long!!  DINNER: I made the best lasagna ever!!  *pats myself on my own back* I was so proud of myself that I invited my mom over to eat it with me and roomie. SNACK: Banana Chips that I dried myself PM SHAKE: oops, I was so tired I went to sleep and forgot all about my shake LIQUIDS:  I did get atleast 48oz in  Sometimes little Caitlin (my niece) doesn't want to take a nap when I have her (for 10 hours) and all she wants to do is make her Aunty Peachy (that's me) go crazy!!  Those are the days that I spend most of the day on the floor with her, just to keep her busy and out of stuff she doesn't need to get to.  I am lucky if I can go to the bathroom, hahaha without her screaming or getting into something.

I spent most of my daycleaning house and playing with Angel (4 yrs old) After being released from sleep study at 5am  I started my day off with 1/2 bacon egg & cheese croissiant then SF cinn Dolce Latte few bites of white beans & Cabbage 8 bites of ribeye steak & 57 sauce Beans, greens,cabbage & mac-n-cheese 12 -15 bites 36 oz un-sweet tea,16 oz water, 1 protein bullet 42gr Probably did not get all my liquid and forgot to take vitimins! Oops! On a positive note: I did get my protein!
