Whatcha Eating....Sunday Edition
Hi! Let's get this started for the last day of this FANTASTIC weekend!! Breakfast- 1/2 of a small sausage and biscuit Lunch- leftover BBQ chicken over some lettuce with cheese...made a small salad (YUMMY!!) Snack- almonds Dinner- porkchops and northern beans...maybe a bite or two of cornbread! Hope everyone has had a NICE weekend! Have a GREAT Monday!! Karen
Hey Gang,
Gary and I went out for breakfast this morning at Mimi's. Great food, just too much of it, so we split Huevos y pappas....translation.....eggs with potatoes. There were two potato pancakes topped with a green chili, then a slice of Jack cheese, topped with scrambled egg beaters, covered in a green salsa. YUMMMMMMMMMM Even 1/2 an order was too much for me, but it sure was good.
Lunch was 3/4 roast beef sandwich on LF whole wheat bread
dinner....3 oz grilled chicken, 3 grilled shrimp with vermicelli noodles
Had 2 SF whole milk lattes and a banana popsicle
Might talk myself into a protein shake later.

My day started off with my normal...
16 oz black coffee
1 scrambled egg w/ bacon
1 Venti Skinny Cinn Dolce Latte W/ Whip
Salad w/ cheese & Bacon, Ranch 1 cracker
16oz tea, 12 oz water
1/4 cup chicken & Cheese enchiladas 15gr protein (great recipe will post later)
1 Protein bullet 42gr protein
1/2 cup claorie countdown milk & 3 SF Girlscout cookies

SNACK - 4 sugar free fudgsicles (because I found them AGAIN hehehehehe)

2ND SOLID MEAL - taco salad (2 tbsp lettuce, 1 tbsp cheddar cheese, 4 tbsp taco meat)
23.7 ounces of water
SNACK - 4 apple slices
2 sugar free fudgsicles
