Goodness!! I have to tell you guys what I did today! OK.... I got up at about 7:30 or so and my Dad, brother, brother's friend and I all went out and worked in the yard. When I say yard, I mean two acres surrounded by soybean or wheat fields on every side. We live on a family farm!! Anyway, we decided that since we have gotten rid of the cows and pigs and chickens that we were gonna take down the barbed wire fences that surround our yard as well as cut down shrubs and small trees and that type thing. It will make planting the Spring crops so much easier without all that stuff in the way! We began at 7:30 and stopped around 10:00 to come in and get ready for church. Got home from church around 12:15, ate a bite of lunch, changed back into work clothes and headed back outside. We have been working all day practically nonstop. As a matter of fact I just came back inside like 15 minutes ago. GUESS WHAT????  I AM NOT IN THE LEAST BIT TIRED! I can't believe the amount of energy that I have now that I am almost 100 lbs. slimmer. Honestly, I never really considered myself low on energy before but I can sure tell it now! I am practically bursting at the seems with energy. I am constantly moving.

On a funny note, Friday is test day at school. We had tests practically all day. While my students are testing, I continuously walk around and watch them and help if needed. Well one of my little boys ( who is ALL energy) looked up at me as I passed his desk for about the tenth time in five minutes and said so sweetly.......goodness, aren't your legs tired??? I got so tickled. We had a good laugh over that one! Anyway, no more rambling for right now. I just wanted to share my day with you guys! Hope everyone had a good one!! Take care!

Doesn't it feel great, Karen? I got up today for the first time in weeks and had so much energy I thought I'd climb out of my skin before I could start getting things on my list done. Straightened the house, dishes, three loads of laundry, cleaned up the construction/paint stuff in the garage and swept so I can park in there again, went to the doctor, Drug Emporium, grocery store, made two casseroles for the freezer for when I have my plastics, then made dinner. Whew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Still might work on my taxes tonight. Life is good
