Whatcha Eating.....Saturday Edition??

Hi everyone!!! GOODNESS, it was cool today! I thought it was going to warm up some. I sure am ready for Spring!! Breakfast- granola bar- not so full of protein but I just wasn't feeling any food this morning!! Snack- 1/2 a banana Lunch- leftover salmon and rice Dinner- baked BBQ chicken breast and blackeyed peas Snack- almonds Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far. Have a GREAT Sunday!!   Karen

10 ounces protein drink 1ST SOLID MEAL - hamburger steak w/ BBQ sauce 23.7 ounces water 2ND SOLID MEAL -pintos & cheese w/ hot sauce 10 ounces protein drink SNACK - 4 sugar free popsicles 2 ounces water 3RD SOLID MEAL - egg white + 1/2 slice american cheese + 1/2 turkey sausage later tonight (it was a late wake-up day, so I'll be up late tonight)... 1 cup skim milk a few slices of apples (if I feel like it)

Wow...you ate food that you had to chew!  Honest to goodness, jaw moving, lip smacking chewable food You do my little heart proud, you do.   LOL Hope the rest of your weekend is terrific Hugs

Breakfast: chocolate protein shake Lunch:  potato soup with a pinch of cornbread Snack:  strawberry smoothie Supper:  meatloaf, green beans

Hi Karen, Thanks for keeping this thread going, you're able to get here when I can't seem to find my butt with both hands. Pretty hard to do considering my hiney is no wider than ONE hand   Anyway, here's what I had yesterday Wake up:  SF latte Bkfst:   Whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter Way to work:  SF latte Lunch:  roast beef sandwich on LF whole wheat bread with guacamole Snack #1  apple slices Snack #2  activia w/ granola Dinner:  Here's where things go down hill......              Sonic burger and fries ( less than 1/2 the burger and about 8-9 fries) Yep, I admit it!  Of course, 3/4 mile down the road I had to pull over and So...won't be doin' that again any time soon. I had my usual morning protein shake (15oz) and my evening protein shake (12oz) BREAKFAST: blueberry yogurt ( I was out of my Farina Wheat Cereal) LUNCH: Michelina TV Dinner DINNER: Half of a Sirloin Burger with cheese and some Au Gratin Potatoes and Green Beans I had all my liquids as well, and for snack I ate some Wheat Pretzel Sticks with Sea Salt, yummy!

Saturday: Oatmeal w/ calorie countdown milk only 1/4 healthy choice 5 prot   105 cal 12 oz sf fruit juice 16 oz  black coffee  20 oz water 20 oz un sweet tea 6-7 bites blackeye peas w/ bite of hushpuppy 3 bites of fish & 1 corn fritter venti Skinny cinn dolce latte w/ whip Can ya tell my family celebreated with catfish?  Rhonda T
