Going To See Dr. Baker Today *does happy dance*
I had my 6 month labs drawn Tuesday at my regular Dr. Today I go to Little Rock and see Dr Baker for my 6 month checkup. I can't wait to see what my measurements are!!
Also I am excited to see my lab results. I will update how everything went when I get home!!
I think at my 3 month checkup, they said they would take my pic at my 6 month, so it will be neat to see the comparison between 400 lbs and my current 265 lbs!

Everything was okay! Dr. Baker enjoyed my niece being there. He played with her a little! I am sure she enjoyed the attention. All my levels were pretty much okay, except the Creatin, which was a little high and he asked if I was getting enough water, and I said I do. But he wants me to drink more. So I need to do that!
He asked how my eating was, did I ever get sick, am I eating the right things, etc. My sister started getting emotional in there, because he asked her if she has to try to keep up with me now. And she told him that she has never seen me so active ever. So that was nice to hear.
All in all, I would have to say that Dr. Baker was pleased with how I am doing.

havent we come so far in our quest for health and better quality of life!
I am working now...I can hardly believe it. all of my new friends really have been supportive of my WLS and a few issues I had with food...
I am very eager to see Dr Baker myself...that will happen in March. he schedualed me for my 6th month at 8 months so maybe I wouldnt get caught in bad weather on my 4.5 hour trek!
I have made it under 300!!!
296 on Thursday. 159lbs gone forever.
Im so glad it was a good visit!
