What'cha eating Friday edition or, watch out...I'm BAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!

Well, all the nasty tests are over, one left to do but it's no biggie. I've managed to lose a total of 11 lbs since this started, so watch out.....I'm gonna be eating things waaaaaaaaaaay off plan!!! Gotta get this weight back up before my face/breast lift scheduled on 3/12
Wakie, Wakie: SF latte made with whole milk and half and half (yep, you read it right)
Bkfst: Left over Pad Thai from yesterday

Today I had...
10 ounces protein drink
1ST SOLID MEAL - soft taco w/out tortilla (lettuce, cheese and beef only)
10 ounces protein drink
2ND SOLID MEAL - pintos & cheese
2 cups skim milk w/ sugar free chocolate syrup
3RD SOLID MEAL - hamburger steak w/ BBQ sauce
later on, I'll probably have about 10 ounces of water & if I stay up late, I'll probably eat a few apple slices as a snack!
My Friday meals included:
Wake up- Vinti Skinny Cinn Dolce Latte w Whip
Breakfast - Chocolate prot. shake w/ calorie countdown milk 20gr prot 240cal
8 oz coffee, 20 ice tea both unsweet
Lunch - 1 Baked chicken leg w/o skin but did have a little bbq sauce
20 oz ice tea unsweeet
Snack - 1/2 slice american cheese & 2 slices of dill hb pickles (It tasted good)
Dinner: not hungry but did snack on crackers 140 cal
8 oz water
My eating was the pits today! Had a Dr. appointment and a Mamogram scheduled, on top of that I worked all day. Tomorrow will be a better day.
