Whatcha Eating....Thursday Edition??
Ok everyone.......time to confess.........WHAT DID YOU HAVE TO EAT TODAY????
Breakfast- scrambled egg and 1/2 slice whole wheat toast with butter spray
Lunch- tuna fish with whole wheat crackers Dinner- swiss steak and mashed potatoes. Also, a bite of corn. Hope everyone had a good day and is staying warm. Have a GREAT Friday!! Karen
Today wasn't such a good day for me.
2 sugar free fudgsicles (my last 2 )
1/2 of 20 ounce protein drink
1ST solid meal - scrambled egg & turkey sausage (This made me sick today - probably because I ate it too fast. I didn't throw up, but I certainly didn't feel well.)
2nd 1/2 of 20 ounce protein drink
2ND solid meal - pintos & cheese
10 ounces crystal light
3RD solid meal - chili w/ beans
1 cup skim milk w/ sugar free chocolate syrup
10 ounces crystal light
Hi Karen and all my AR buddies!
I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!! Test went really, really well. No abnormalities whatsoever in either my upper or lower GI tract. So, no problems with my RNY, which is of course, what I was worried about. They do think I might have ruptured an ovarian cyst, so we're checking on that on Monday.
Anyway, once I was able to eat, Katie bar the door! I'm down to 119lbs this morning, so until I'm back to at least 125 I'm gonna be eating "off the plan", so to speak.
Lunch: Shrimp pad thai from Pei Wei
Dinner: Salsa chicken and FF refried pintos
Snack: crackers w/ peanut butter
Snack Whole milk/half and half SF latte (see....said I was gonna be bad!)

B - English muffin and slice of bacon/coffee
L - 1/2 sl ham, 4 tbs mac and cheese
Sn - 1/2 cheese sandwich - 2 SF mints
D - 1/2 ham sand and 1/2 cup beef stew
Sn-popcorn/coffee
I'm not doing very well on water and protein - but I'm working on getting it back together.
