Hello my friend, See, you CAN eat salad!!!  I'm proud of you for branching out with the salad, now lets see you get really brave and do it some more!  You can do it, you can do it, you can, you can Oh, and I forgot to tell you....great work on taking two walks the other day. Yet another step(yuk) in the right direction! Hugs, and a big thanks for the PM

Hi Karen, I just want to tell you what a wonderful, well balanced menu you've been having for the last few weeks. This is what it's all about. Eating sensibly.....just less of it! Me?  Well, more of the same.  Nasty peach jello today, but I did find a real life saver. I don't dump on less than about (never have gone over) 20 grams of sugar, so I bought banana flavored popsicles and man, they are awesome!  Orange spice tea was good too. The Phoso-soda stuff I had to drink was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy beyond nasty. Tasted like pure sea water mixed with diet 7-up Thought I'd die before getting it down. Oh well, gotta do what you gotta do. Keep up the great work
