Ok..........today was a CRAZY day!!  I spent all day shopping in Memphis (decided to take advantage of the day out of school for President's Day) Anyway, got tons of exercise walking around the stores and the mall. Then, to top that off, I took my 3 year old cousin to Chuckie Cheese. We ( me and her) had a blast!!! I ran around just like a kid and never got out of breath or sweaty once.....It was so NEAT!!! Anyway, food was kind of junky and not very nutritional but here it is........ Breakfast- granola bar Lunch- almost 1 slice of thin crust pizza (it was meaty and had extra cheese so I am hoping I got a little extra protein out of it) Dinner- grilled chicken wrap from Sonic OK....told you it wasn't great but it was the first time since surgery that I have eaten really junky stuff but I figure it won't kill me as long as I don't make a habit of it. Also, I got lots of exercise!!!! Take care everyone and have a GREAT Tuesday!!   Karen

AM SHAKE: 15 oz (coffee, water, protein powder and creamer) BREAKFAST: Farina Wheat Cereal (with milk and almond butter) LUNCH: Michelina (some kind of chicken and rice chinese meal) DINNER: Roasted Red Potatoes (I make these, with red potatoes cut up and a little butter, seasoning and onion, bake for like 40 minutes, nice and soft and yummy) And a little bit of tuna helper, it isn't easy trying to get tuna and sauce but not the pasta, LOL. PM SHAKE: 12oz water, protein powder and Wylers Strawberry and Kiwi drink mix SNACK: homemade beef jerky (made with the diet lean ground sirloin, some worcester sauce, soy sauce and part of a powdered marinade packet) Tomorrow I may make a batch of deer jerky, I like making it myself, because I can control what goes in it, and can make it low in salt.  Plus its a great protein snack for me.
