Holly, you're going to feel way better soon.  I promise!   Get in as much liquids as you can and keep moving. You're doing everything right, so just keep it up. Cream of wheat with extra skim milk is good, so are strained cream soups, made with skim milk, of course.  Unsweetened applesauce.  You should have a list of things you can eat this next couple of weeks, but fluids are most important. I weighed 235 the day of my surgery, and now I'm at 122.  Hang on.....it's a wild ride!

HOLLY!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I know you feel pretty bad right now but its gonna be OK!!! I know you have heard that hundreds of times, but trust me, you will start to feel better with each passing day. Then as the months go by and the pounds fall off, you will think to yourself, WHY DIDN'T I DO THIS SOONER??? Yes, its that amazing!! Take care of yourself and if you need anything, feel free to ask? I will help you out in any way that I can. Also, all I had was water and gatorade for the first three days or so. Did not want any food. The queasy feeling is probably the anesthesia wearing off. Just take it easy and give yourself time to heal!!   Karen
