OMG y'all.   I weighed in this morning at 161 pounds.  That is exactly 10 pounds from what I weighed when I graduated high school.   That is less than 6 pounds from being able to say I have lost 100 pounds.   I am 21 pounds from my 140 pound goal.   AND as a bonus... the size 6 Levis that were tight to the point of almost cutting on circulation just 4 days ago fit perfectly now.

Wendy, I'm so proud and happy for you!  Should I save some of my size 4's for ya??? Maybe there's something to the Pintos and Cheese diet Please tell me you know I'm teasing about this! Enjoy all of your wow's, every one of them is special

I know you're just teasing.   It is really funny.  You know what I AM concerned about though that 2 people have asked me now.  (You may know the answer.)   Do beans (any kind really, not just pinto beans) really "swell up" inside you?  I have heard that pinto beans "swell up" inside person because they attrac****er into them (like rice).  I don't want my pouch to swell up from eating beans.  If you don't know the answer, I'm going to ask an RD on here.

I have to say I've never heard of this, but do you feel like you can eat more than you could before?  Of course, you're going to be able to as time goes on, but I would bet that this is an old wives tale.  Maybe not though, stranger things have been known to happen. Let me know what the RD says.
