What'cha eating Sunday Edition
Hi Gang,
Crazy day, once again. Gary and I decided to fire Worker Man and hire someone else to do the floor. But, it means that we have to finish the painting. So, that's what we did all day, just stopping long enough to get a bite,,,,,not much of one, either!
Here it is, for what it's worth
Bkfst: shredded chicken and 2% cheese on a carb balance tortilla
Snack: whole milk SF latte
Lunch: Progresso Southwestern Veggie soup....not the broth, just the veggies, 10 wheat thins
Dinner: 1 1/2 slice thin crust pizza
Snack: activia yogurt
That's it. The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Well Susan,
Your's is better than mine, cuz I have spent all day in the bed or in the recliner.
Breakfast: 20 oz coffee
Snack: 2 SF popscicles
Luch:Chicken Fried Rice and Eggroll
Sipped some water as I could tolerate it, sipping a glass of unsweetened tea now. I know this is NOT the way to do things, but quite frankly, I have had to force in what I got in today, going to the doc in the morning. If I have not posted the results of the doc visit by tomorrow night, I will more than likely be in the Ouachita County Medical Center. Will post when I get home if I come home tomorrow, if not, I will holler when I get back home. Not looking to come back tomorrow to be honest, pretty bad here, we'll see.
Ya'll take care and play well together until I do get back.

1/2 (10 ounces) of protein drink
1ST SOLID MEAL: 4 apple slices
10 ounces water
SNACK: 2 sugar free fudgsicles
2ND SOLID MEAL: 6 tablespoons chicken chili
SNACK: 2 sugar free fudgesicles
2 ounces water
3RD SOLID MEAL: taco salad (3 tablespoons taco meat, 2 tablespoons lettuce, 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese)
later tonight:
1/2 (10 ounces) of protein drink
maybe a couple more sugar free popsicles - I don't know.
AM SHAKE: 15oz water, instant coffee, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
BREAKFAST: slice of cooked ham, 4 bites pf biscuit and gravy
LUNCH: Crackers with Almond Butter
DINNER: Michelina's Lean Gourmet - Salisbury Steak meal (my local Country Mart has the Michelina meals on sale, 5 for $5 so I got different kinds)
SNACKS:
PM SHAKE: 10oz water, 4 oz milk, 1 packer sugar free hot cocoa and a dash of gingerbread creamer, plus 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (this was delicious)
LIQUIDS: (not counting shakes) 20oz tea (with lemon and splenda), 16.9 oz water
