What did you eat Monday???
Hi Gang,
Well, today was really a challenge for me. I had the upper GI test, so couldn't eat or drin****il about 10:30, and we all know how things get messed up when your schedule is off.
I didn't even do my Fitday.com list it was so bad. So.......Let's hear what you did. Hope it was a better day than mine!
