Hi Gang, Well, today was really a challenge for me. I had the upper GI test, so couldn't eat or drin****il about 10:30, and we all know how things get messed up when your schedule is off. I didn't even do my Fitday.com list it was so bad. So.......Let's hear what you did.  Hope it was a better day than mine! Hugs to everyone!

Breakfast:  tomato soup made with skim milk, gluten free crackers Lunch:  chicken salad with gluten free crackers Snack:  light yogurt Supper: 1/4 chicken breast cooked in mushroom sauce, green beans

Still on pre op diet..... I think Im gonna make it!!!!! Breakfest - Jello Snack -Jello Lunch -protein bar Snack -Jello Supper -Protein shake and chicken broth doc gave me Thank goodness for suger free jello I am going to have to work really hard on getting protein in after surgery

1 medium egg + 1/2 turkey sausage patty
8 ounces water
pintos & cheese
2 sugar free popsicles
2 sugar free popsicles
6 tablespoons Hormel Chili w/ Beans
2 sugar free popsicles
1 cup skim milk + 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate syrup
Calories: 656 Fat: 10 Carbs: 58.63 Protein: 70.63 Fluid Oz: 48.90

Hi Everyone!! Breakfast- scrambled egg... tried some sausage but it wouldn't go down. I'm sick so my band is kind of tight right now! Lunch- chicken salad Dinner- baked fish and purple hull peas

Snack- pudding
