What'cha eating Sunday edition

Good afternoon one and all!  Hope you are having a wonderful day. The weather has been so beautiful, I bet everyone is out and about enjoying it. Here's my day so far. Still not eating all that well, but trying hard. I'm down to 123 now and have to get some back on.....hence the higher fat ##'s Wake up:   whole milk SF latte Bkfst:         buckwheat berry pancakes (2) 1 serving egg beaters, 1/4 c grapefruit Lunch:      3/4 order pintos and cheese with 12 reduced fat wheat thins Snack:      whole milk SF latte Dinner:      Spaghetti squash w/ pasta sauce made with ground turkey, green                             beans Snack       Protein drink Later on    Will have to come up with something to get my calories up, sure can't be a granola bar or Ka****hrew my innards into a big uproar last time I tried those.  Oh well, I'll figure it out. Totals:      Cals:  1126    Fat:   41    Carbs:  131      Protein:  82 Hugs to all!

Okay, so far today, I have had: Breakfast - 1/2 protein drink 8 ounces water Lunch - 3/4 Pintos & Cheese 7 ounces water Snack - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds The rest of the day, I plan to have: 1/2 protein drink Supper - 1 medium egg + 1/2 turkey sausage some water & maybe some sugar free popsicles (fruit because they stopped carrying my fudge) apple slices?

Hi everyone! Susan, you are certainly correct in saying what a beautiful day it was. As a matter of fact, the whole weekend was beautiful in my part of the state. I spent all day yesterday outside playing with my 3 year old cousin! Today, I spent the day shopping. Such a nice time!!

Breakfast- scrambled egg and turkey bacon Lunch- 1/4 of a grilled chicken sandwich Dinner- 1 slice of pork roast and some field peas Snack- 4 cheese cubes and some almonds Hope everyone has a great start to the work week tomorrow!    Karen

Breakfast- ham, cheese, tomato and cheese sauce omlet Lunch- 1.8 oz beef jerky, honey roasted sunflower nuts snack- 1/4 cup sunflower nuts dinner-scrambled eggs and 1/2 a biscuit and gravy snack- 1/4 cup of sunflower nuts

Breakfast:  Chocolate Protein Shake Snack:  Gluten Free Pretzels Lunch:  Chicken casserole Snack:  Sugar Free, No Sugar Added fudgsicle Supper:  Leftover Chicken Casserole After Supper Snack:  Sugar Free, No Sugar Added fudgsicle (Don't usually have an after supper snack but weekends are hard!)
