What'cha eating Friday Edition

Ok, so no one ate yesterday??? LOL Sorry I didn't get here to post this yesterday, had a crazy day at work plus a trip to the GI Doc to see what's going on with my innards. She's scheduled a barium swallow to check my small bowel  on Monday, then a colonoscopy on the 21st.  OH, how fun! Here's my totals for today, not as bad as the beginng of the week, but still not so great Bkfst:      1/2 whole grain english muffin, activia yogurt way to work:   whole milk SF latte Snack:      Kraft easy mac and cheese Lunch:   left over Cuban black beans and rice Snack:    activia yogurt Dinner:    turkey breast tenderloin, Mexicorn and couscous Total:    Cals:  1122   Fat:  22  Carbs:  168   Protien:  64 Will try to get in a protein shake before bed. Rise & Shine - 20 ounce protein drink Brunch - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (yea, I know... but I was craving them really bad) Snack - 2 sugar free fudge popsicles Late Lunch - Pintos & Cheese (man they were good today too) 8 ounces water Late Supper - Hormel Chili w/ Beans From now until bedtime, I'll do: 8 ounces water & maybe some apple slices I've really enjoyed everything I ate today, even though it was kind of a messed up day! LOL

Today actually turned out to be an ok day...I haven't really felt hungry the past couple of days (Aunt Flo is visiting and brought cramps with her) so I haven't eaten very well...not bad choices just a lack of "want to".  When I don't feel hungry I don't put much effort into it.  Anyway, here's my day: B:  1 packet Weight Control oatmeal with one teaspoon FiberSure L:  4 oz. sun dried tomato turkey breast and less than 1/4 cup mixed veggies S: protein bar S: small orange D:  1 slice thin crust cheese pizza S: banana Before bed:  glass of chocolate milk Totals: CAL:  1006     FAT:  23      CARBS:  125 (a little higher than usual)    PROTEIN:  91

All fluids and vitamins, no exercise due to my back problems....my PCM thinks I have a disc problem in my neck, have to go see her again next week.
