What'cha eating Friday Edition

Today actually turned out to be an ok day...I haven't really felt hungry the past couple of days (Aunt Flo is visiting and brought cramps with her) so I haven't eaten very well...not bad choices just a lack of "want to". When I don't feel hungry I don't put much effort into it. Anyway, here's my day: B: 1 packet Weight Control oatmeal with one teaspoon FiberSure L: 4 oz. sun dried tomato turkey breast and less than 1/4 cup mixed veggies S: protein bar S: small orange D: 1 slice thin crust cheese pizza S: banana Before bed: glass of chocolate milk Totals: CAL: 1006 FAT: 23 CARBS: 125 (a little higher than usual) PROTEIN: 91
All fluids and vitamins, no exercise due to my back problems....my PCM thinks I have a disc problem in my neck, have to go see her again next week.
