Things are starting to get a little better for me food wise.  Not great, but better. Here's my totals, such as they are. Bkfst:      Oatmeal snack:      whole milk SF latte Lunch;      egg drop soup with brown rice Snack      whole milk SF latte Dinner      1 red potato and 2 oz turkey smoked sausage Snack         cheese crackers snack;         protein drink Totals:      Cals:  1103     Fat:44   Carbs  95   Pro: 80 So,.............. How's your day????

Breakfast - protein drink Snack - 2 sugar free fudge popsicles Lunch - yield from 1/4 cup 90% lean ground beef + 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce (this was SO good) Snack - 2 sugar free fudge popsicles 8 ounces water 2nd snack - 2 sugar free fudge popsicles Late Supper - Hormel Chili w/ Beans I'll probably drink another 8 ounces of water tonight, but that will be it for the day!   Calories: 602 Fat: 11.38 Carbs: 37.88 Protein: 69.83 Fluids: 47.9 (counting the 8 ounces of water I'm going to drink when I take my night dose of calcium before bed)

Breakfast:  1 scrambled egg, 1 strip of bacon 

Lunch:  Leftover Dirty Rice (made with ground chicken instead of beef)

Snack:  No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa w/ Skim Milk

Supper: 1/2 Fried Chicken Tenderloin, Green Beans

Very long day..............here's what I had........... Breakfast- 1/2 slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter on it. Lunch- 1/2 of a Lean Cuisine lasagna Dinner- baked porkchop and pinto beans Snack- banana Hoep everyone had a great day!!   Karen

ok....here goes.........so far breakfast:::: protien shake  7:15am snack::::::3oz chunk chicken and 1 slice meunster cheese 10:30am lunch:::::::bean dip with white cheese and pico and chips....12:00pm i know not healthy but it is what i wanted 60 oz water 32 oz coffee black no sugar i dont get enough calories since I stopped drinking coke.......i am going back on the shakes more often......maybe it will help with losing some of my re-gain. I am lucky to get in 800-1000 everyday. ciao tammy

Way to go Tammy!!! Did you drink diet coke, or regular?? I bet just cutting that out of your diet, whether it's reg or SF, will make a huge difference  in your weight loss efforts. Here's an interesting fact:  The carbonation in soda keeps your blood cells from absorbing oxygen as well as it should. Learned that from a student of mine that was a long distance runner.

I am addicted to regular coke like most smokers are to cigs. I got it down to one a day and trying to give it up is harder than giving up solid food. I am trying so hard, but it is my one last emotional vice. I have not had but maybe 2 all week. Thats good........for me............. I was  told that too  much caffeine also causes your skin to be more sensitive to things like hair perms.....is that true?????????? I am trying to get off coke and onto black coffee........my NUT said she would rather I do that than drink the cokes......................I have a very emotional past and my food addiction and cokes are connected to it. So giving up both might mean I have let go of what hurt me......I dont know if I am ready for that.............I explained it in an earlier post...........once....lemme find it and re-post I gotta change my life........  Hi my name is Tammy and I am a food addict, coke addict (not illegal coke) and a  stress eater, I have a compulsive shopping disorder and I read teen vogue while taking a bubble bath.......please dont hate me because I bought new titties............. haha talk soon  tammy
