Sorry I didn't get this started last night. Busy watching the weather guys talk about the storm. So.....how did everyone do yesterday? Me?  Well, lets just say I'm now down 5 lbs, eating is an adventure. Gonna try some warm milk in a bit, at least there will be some calories there. 1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 bananas 1 cup egg drop soup w/ brown rice 10 saltines Gut still hurts but not as badly. I think I'm more afraid of eating than anything.  Will try to get brave and see what happens. Hugs to all!

Hey Susan! Glad to see that you are doing better. Sorry your stomach still hurts. Yesterday I had..... Breakfast- scrambled egg Lunch- Lean Cuisine Lasagna Snack- cheese cubes... trying to get the protein in.... Dinner- Baked chicken and field peas Hope everyone is doing well!

Breakfast:  Chocolate Protein Shake  Snack:  Gluten Free Pretzels Lunch:  Leftover Chicken & Rice Casserole Snack:  Light Yogurt Supper: Dirty Rice (with ground chicken in it)

Amy, what is usually in dirty rice? I've only tasted it once and didn't care for it. Maybe the chicken would be better. It looks like a good day for you. You're doing so well!

I buy Zatarain's Dirty Rice mix and I usually add ground beef to it but this time I added ground chicken.  It tastes like it has lots of peppers & spices in it.  I think I like it better with beef.

1 protein slam + 16.1 ounces crystal light
16.9 ounces water
4/8 apple slices (large green apple?)
2 sugar free fudge popsicles
3/4 pintos & cheese
2 sugar free fudge popsicles
I was short a meal yesterday due to the power outage & time spent in the storm cellar, etc.  My protein was on in the mid-50s for the day, but my fluid was OK (not great, but OK).   I'm doing better today.

I think being in a storm shelter is a legitimate excuse to skip a meal!!!!  Glad you're ok and that you're doing better today. Can't wait to see you next week
