What did you eat on Tuesday????
Sorry I didn't get this started last night. Busy watching the weather guys talk about the storm. So.....how did everyone do yesterday?
Me? Well, lets just say I'm now down 5 lbs, eating is an adventure. Gonna try some warm milk in a bit, at least there will be some calories there.
1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 bananas
1 cup egg drop soup w/ brown rice
10 saltines
Gut still hurts but not as badly. I think I'm more afraid of eating than anything. Will try to get brave and see what happens.
