My sample of South Beach Living "On the Go" drink mix came today. It has 30 cals, 3 grm protein and 5 grms fiber. This one is the Natural tropical breeze flavor and man, it's really good!! They're like the individual packets of Crystal Lite...just pour it into a bottle of water.
I think Wal-mart is supposed to be carrying them. Sorry, don't know the price, but it sure tastes like what ever the price is it gonna be ok.
