SO FAR... Breakfast - protein drink 8 ounces water Snack (was supposed to be lunch) - 2.5 tablespoons great northern beans (they were gross so I didn't eat hardly ANY) 10 ounces water Late Lunch - 4/5 pintos & cheese FOR THE REST OF THE DAY... 2 sugar free fudge popsicles (maybe 4 depending on how I feel) 10 ounces water Supper - I honestly have no idea... probably chili but honestly maybe just apple slices because I've had such a long day (about 12 hours so far & still going) so I might just get disgusted and eat apples & drink milk or something.   I know.  It's not the best plan - but it's the one I have.

Hi everyone! Breakfast- grits....don't really care for them too much but decided to give them a second chance....still not too fond of the texture of them!!  Lunch- Lean Gourmet meal....I had meatloaf and potatoes. It was like 180 calories and like 11 grams of protein...I think... anyway, it was pretty good but I was not able to finish all of it! Snack- peanuts and LF cheese cube Dinner- 1/4 of a grilled hamburger patty and 1/2 cup pinto beans Snack- 4 grapes....MAYBE!! Hope everyone has a GREAT Tuesday!   Karen

Thanks for getting things started Amy. I'm still not great, but better today. Vicodin is making me woozy, so my spelling doesn't look too good, but I did want to check in. So far today I've had; 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 banana 1 cup egg drop soup Hope everyone is doing well today. Amy, your plan looks great for Monday, keep up the good work

Susan
