Hi! Not much better on my end either. Physically, I feel much better. My chest and throat are sore but that is about it. Don't really have an appetite....
Breakfast- scrambled egg
Lunch- slice of deli ham with a slice of cheese rolled up inside
Dinner- 1/2 of a left over baked chicken breast
Took all my vitamins and drank my water! Didn't want much else.
