Veggie Soup Recipe

Veggie Soup 2 cans mixed vegetables 1 can rotel, undrained 1 lb ground chicken, turkey, or beef 1/2 onion 24-48 oz tomato juice (depending on how thick or thin you like soup)

salt & pepper, to taste

Brown & drain meat. Saute onion. Dump everything into a stew pot and simmer 1 hour.

That sounds wonderful !! I am soo liking the recipes you guys post on here. Iam still hoping to have surgery, so far I have attended 2 seminars given by Dr. Wellborn and 1 by Dr. Baker, now I just have to choose which Surgeon I want to use, anyone who has any thoughts on that I sure would like to hear from. Mary:)

I've heard good things about Dr. Wellborn but I love Dr. Baker! He's awesome. He's very serious about following the rules and following up with after care. I'm so glad that's who my PCP recommended.
