Rotel Chicken Recipe

Rotel Chicken  (my mom introduced me to this one)

 

1 can rotel, undrained

 

chicken breasts

 

shredded cheese of your choice, optional

 

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish & pour in rotel.  Cover with foil & bake about 45 minutes. Remove foil.  Sprinkle on cheese & bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes.

 

this is one of my favorites....ive been eating it for years...its so simple and fast to make. I aways use chicken tenders...cooks faster
