Well, today was ok, still dealing with some stuff, but hey, its life. Before breakfast: 20 oz coffee Breakfast: 2 slices whole grain SF bread, 2 slices Low Fat Cheese More coffee and more coffee Lunch: chicken leg minus the skin and 12 grapes More coffee and more coffee Supper: frito chili pie w/turkey chili and low fat cheese More coffee and more coffee and through out the day, lots of water and crystal light and protein supplements Not a great day, but at least the protein was better, and I got all my fluids. Maybe tomorrow will be better, if we ever get to slow down, I'll actually go back to planning my days, but until then, I'll do the best I can. Hugs, Rhonda D.
