Mental Health Eval. - Who do you recommend?

I need to find someone to do my mental health evaluation required by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia.  Who in central Arkansas would you all recommend? Thanks!

Not sure if I can recommend him just yet.  I am meeting with Dr. Owings on February 4th.  I will let you know how it goes. 

I went to Dr. Sam Boyd (PhD not MD).  He has an office in Conway and one in Little Rock. He managed to be both warm and professional.  Letter of recommendation was detailed.  He worked me in quickly.  Took insurance.  Didn't seem to have a problem with fat people.  And had no problem faxing a second copy of the letter to a different doctor several weeks after the fact. I have Blue Cross of California and I used Becky Porter Ph.d.  She is in Little Rock ..501-227-8555.  

my personal psychiatrist is dr. rice at the rice lewis clinic.  he is amazing.  i didn't have to have a mental health eval for surgery, so i don't know if he does this.  but i love dr. rice and he is super supportive of me and my surgery.
