Ok.  I woke up late today (11 oclock) and I went back to be from about 2 to 4 because I was having monster cramps.  So... mine is going to look funky today too.   Breakfast - 1/2 protein drink Snack - 4 sugar free popsicles Lunch - 6 tablespoons Hormel Chili w/ Beans Snack - probably 2 more sugar free popsicles since I'm so low on fluid so far today? Supper - maybe an egg & some turkey sausage? or maybe just skim milk to get my fluids back up?

Hey Karen, looks like a good day for you.  Have you ever bought the turkey pepperoni?  It is soooooooooo much lower in fat than the regular, and really, I can't tell a difference. 17 pieces are one serving...70 cals, maybe?? The swiss steak sounds really good. Haven't had that in years and years. Mom used to make it in her pressure cooker. Maybe I'll get mine out and give it a whirl! Hope you have a great week.
