well carrie wth dr. gibbs called me tonte. i have an offcial surgery date of feb. 11. im gettin really nervous now. im having the lap band and he wants me to do a 2 week liquid diet. and dont know what to eat. she is sending me a list. keep me n ur prayers. brenda from alma

Congratulations! I is normal, I think most people get nervous when their date is near. You have been working, wishing, hoping and praying for this. Now you have to give it all you have. You can do it. Take care.
