My Intake/Goals She said Fat 30g per day 30g Carbs 60-100 100 per day-minium/50 per day Protein 60-90 60g Fiber 30g 20-30g Water 80 oz 64 oz Calories 550-850 per day 1000-1200 per day
Starting weight 225, down -47lbs. I am currently at 178lbs. She increase the calories because I started exercising regularly. These are my personal requirements, I am sharing because I have read other’s requirements and I was so confused about the numbers. Maybe this will help/guide someone in setting their goal requirements, if you have not met with a Nut. Take Care.
