Good luck catching JoBeth, she's super busy. I've been trying to get an appt with her since before Thanksgiving and no luck. There is a test she can give ($50) that tells you how many calories a day you need to maintain. For now, I'm winging it , but seem to have started to get a handle on it.
First of all, you're going to start eating more carbs. When you increase your intake, you may lose some more, and if you don't want to, you're going to keep increasing your calorie intake until you find that sweet spot where you just hang out.
JoBeth has me on minimum of 1500 cals a day. The ratio of protein, carbs and fat really change now....you'll want more carbs than protein, fat, of course, being last. I think it's 30% protein, 45% carbs, 25% fat.
I freaked out at first trying to figure out how in the world to eat all that, but you go to three meals a day and if you have to, a snack in between each meal to get the calories up.
