Fort Smith Seminar

Hello All, There will be a free patient information seminar at the Holiday Inn Convention Center on 1/31/08 @ 6:30 PM by Dr. Josh Roller. The number to call for registration at 800-734-2024. I hope everyone that needs to find a surgeon in this area can come. Hope to see you all there....

Just to let everyone know in this area looking for a surgeon that Springdale is really not that far. It is all interstate and it only takes about an hour drive.  ANd Dr. Roller and his staff are well worth the drive.   I plan on attending the seminar and have aready had surgery with Dr. Roller so if anyone wants to talk to someone who has already been thru it can feel free to ask me any questions.  Thanks  Carla

Why is he doing this in Fort Smith?  We have physicians here already. AmyBeth

Dr. Roller has had several patients that have come from Fort Smith and he wants to go to them instead of having them travel to him. He has a comprehensive program with a medical physician, 2 dieticians, a psychologist and himself to see the patients pre and post op. He does three surgeries for weight loss and as far as I know, he is the only one in the area that does all three. He wants to make sure patients in the Fort Smith area know that they have options. I for one was looking at Fort Smith and Tulsa until I found him and I am so glad I did. I hope this helps to answer your question. Wendi

when I was looking for a surgeon in Sept 07 i could not find one in this area. I was either going to have to go to LITTLE ROCK OR OK. So I was very pleased to find Dr. Roller. I was more pleased after I met with him and even more so after the surgery was complete. 

Dr. Coleman and Dr. Eckes were both in practice at that time at Cooper Clinic surgery.  Did you call Cooper and not get this information? AmyBeth

Hey Wendi, Can you tell me more about Dr Roller's seminar schedule for the 31st in Ft Smith.  I called the registration above and they said they did not show anything schedule in Ft Smith.  Thanks, Jan

Please be advised you can also call Cooper Clinic at 452-2077 and ask for surgery and ask to have a Weight Loss Surgery packet mailed to you from Sharon, Dr. Chris Coleman nurse. AmyBeth

I called Dr Coleman's office a few weeks ago and was told he only does gastic surgery-I'm really leaning toward lapband--------it's taken me months to talk my husband in to even considering lapband since it's less invasive then the gastric surgery.  Thanks for the ifo though.  You look great!

Yep one of the girls I work with at the bank also wants band and I think she is going to Little Rock, went to Tulsa and got a denial from our insurance, it does not cover the band.  My gastric was fully paid by my insurance and I am very happy with the results.  I know another lady in Ozark who did the band and has done well.  She is three years out and just had her tummy tuck in LR.
