Are Your Clothes Falling Off?

Most of my clothes are falling off of me, and I have been hearing from family and friends that I need smaller clothes.  Most of what I have is 30-32 pants and 4x-5x shirts.  And I think I am closer to 28w and 3x.  So, if anyone has extra clothes, then you should bring them to the support group meeting that is Jan 10th (I believe thats the right date).  I really don't have extra money and definitly not enough to buy new clothes that I will probably only be wearing for a month or so (and I am sure most of you are the same), I am hoping that by the middle of Jan (or end of it) that I will be in 26s but probably still wearing 3x tops.  I can bring some of my clothes to trade to but they will probably be to big for any post-ops LOL There has been mention several times over this years meetings about setting up a clothing exchange, but I guess it never really got on the way, so I am going to try to make it happen for 2008.  If you like the idea, then a few days before the meeting, we can make a post and list what we have to get rid of, and then we can meet before the meeting (since we already do) and just swap.  And then maybe after a few times, the other support group people who don't come here will join in to and we can all help clothe the shrinking people LOL!! So start cleaning out those closets!!!

The support group meeting I went to in Tulsa they had tables set up at the side of the room for clothes and people just went to help themselves before and after the meeting. seemed to work good

I just shipped some clothes to a friend, but I may have more and if I do, I'll message you and after the holidays, I'll send them.  Since I, like many, lost so rapidly, I bought walmart sweats and wore those forever.  I think they were about 6 bucks or something like that.  I'll look for things and let you know.

I started out in 26/28 and 3x tops and gave all that away a long time ago, I am having trouble keeping up my size16 bottoms, and I wear medium tops now.  I did find a pair of size 20 capris I wore last summer and are now waaaaayyy to big for me, I can send you those for this summer if you like. They are cute brown cammo from Cato's.  Let me know if you want them.
