NSI Calcium Citrate
Last week I ordered a bottle of NSI Calcium Citrate from vitacost.com I paid 9.99 plus 4.99 shipping for a bottle of 120 chewable tablets. I think they taste okay, they are a bit sweet, almost like candy to me. On ingredients it lists Compressible Sugar, does anyone know what the difference is between that and regular sugar? I didn't know they had sugar in them before I ordered them, and to be honest I haven't dumped or anything else like that, the ingredients list only 2 gms of sugar per 4 tablets, 10 cals per 4 tablets and 2 gms carbs per 4 tablets.
But besides that, I only have to eat 4 of them a day and I get my Calcium Citrate (1,000mg), Vit D3 (400IU) and Magnesium (500mg).
If your looking for a chewable calcium, and don't have a lot of money then this may be good for you, a months supply for less than 15 dollars total isn't bad.
Anyone else on here use or have used this brand? Any reviews? good or bad. I am still playing around with different chewables, and next month I may order the Building Blocks calcium citrate and give them a try. I guess it's kind of like protein powder, just gotta keep trying out different ones till you find the one you like.
