It has been 8 months now and 100 lbs ago! I am floored! I still can not believe I actually have lost 100 lbs! I am able to play with the kids and actually keep up with them. My energy level is great and I feel very fortunate to have been able to have this surgery. It humbles me to think about how far I have come since surgery. I may not do everything exactly like I am suppose to but I am 98% in check. I am constantly working on drinking and taking all my vitimins. I exercise when I can but lately it is not but a couple days a week. I eat pretty much anything. I am in size 12 and 14's . I love salads and Wendys chili.
If you are out there and are toying with the idea of WLS, Let me say, I would do it all over again without any regrets. I am blessed and will forever be greatful to my OH friends.
